Alufire-Classic Line Doors

The most reliable and advanced, fire-resistant door that we offer.

Alufire’s Classic Line doors are certified as EI, E and EW (and subject to certain project criteria being achieved, can also be REI), and provide fire resistance of up to 60 minutes. In addition to integrity and insulation, Classic Line doors offer great aesthetic appeal and have been installed in a range of high-end developments, including airports, commercial properties and hospitals.

The BRE-certified Classic Line doors are easily adaptable to fit with interior design schemes and brand themes, and can be painted in any RAL, Decoral or NCS colour.

AESTHETIC HIGHLIGHTS

Compatibility

Alufire Vision Line partitions alongside with Classic Line Doors, create a combined aluminium profile of only 16.5cm due to the full compatibility of all our systems.

Concealed closer

We provide the option of adding a concealed closer for a cleaner look.

Rollenband hinges

We offer the option of adding rollenband hinges that can be painted in any color, in order to achieve the desired styling.

PERFORMANCE

Use category class IV

Alufire Classic Line Doors can be installed in category IV buildings, due to the fact that they can withstand ~1000N/m of force. Category IV buildings face a very high and constant flow of people. For example, airports, hospitals, big offices, etc.

Corrosion resistance class C4

The highest class for aluminium. Alufire Vision Line can be installed in chemical manufacturers, swimming baths and ship-/boatyards by the sea.

Mechanical durability class C5

Reliability rate of 200,000 opening-closing cycles.

Security doors class RC2

A common thief using common tools such as a sledgehammer and screwdriver, won't be able to get past the door for at least 3 minutes.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Escape doors

Special anti-panic bars can be installed, in order to enable the "Escape door" function of the doors.

Auto-opening function

Both averse and reverse function is available.

Auto-opening function when smoke detected

With special hardware installed, the door can automatically open or close when smoke is detected.

Ventilation grille

The first company in Poland to introduce the option of a ventilation grille into a fire-resistant door.
