Alufire products on Europe’s most expensive street
Our trucks left Paris some weeks ago and our products have been installed on maybe the most expensive real estate project in Europe. In October 2019, the insurance group Groupama signed the sale for 613 million euros, of the building on Champs-Élysées 79. The buyer of this building will host the largest Nike store in Europe and improve even more the attractiveness of the Champs-Élysées. The 613 million euros is a record-high price for property on Europe’s most visited, and most expensive street.
“This new flagship introduces a rich and immersive way for consumers to experience Nike that goes beyond commerce,” – a Nike spokesperson wrote in an email to Financial Times
The store is going to be branded as Nike’s third in the world “House of Innovation” store. The building has just gone through a five-year renovation and is going to offer its customers a unique experience. Nike’s New York “House of Innovation” was awarded the “Best retail experience of 2018” award! So what is coming in Paris, will surely be worthy of the hype.
“Whether [you’re] on the cutting edge of fashion or an obsessive footballer, our House of Innovation will have something special for everyone in our most digitally-led experience to date.” – a Nike spokesperson told Footwear News of the deal
Unfortunately, we can’t share the pictures we received from the inside, but we can without a doubt say that the store will be very impressive! For this project, the investor took fire-safety and aesthetics very seriously and we have supplied many products including a vast amount of EI120 glazed Classic Line partitions. We can’t wait to visit the store and see our products there in person.
Specifically, products installed:
- Vision Line EI60 Acoustic+
- Vision Line EI60
- Classic Line EI120
- Classic Line EI60
- Classic Line Doors EI30
