WHISTLEBLOWER REPORTS
Safety, reliability, attention to compliance with the law, standards and high ethical standards are key values for us. We believe that being guided by them is a prerequisite for Alufire to be a leader in the Polish market. They are also principles that are a requirement for our continuous expansion.
That is why it is extremely important to accept reports from Whistleblowers whose purpose is to inform about possible and actual threats, irregularities or violations of the values we represent.
A whistleblower may be an individual who wishes to signal and provide information about actual or potential violations of the law in a company, obtained in a work-related context before, during or after the employment relationship. A whistleblower may also be a person who cooperates with Alufire (providing services, performing functions in or for a legal entity).
It is possible to report violations of the law, that is, an actual or potential act or omission that is unlawful or intended to avoid the law regarding:
- Corruption
- Money laundering and the financing of terrorism
- Product safety and compliance
- Environmental protection
- Privacy policy and personal data protection
- Security of IT systems and networks

In order to maintain the highest level of objectivity and the safety of Whistleblowers, the operation of the whistleblowing system has been entrusted to the independent Risk Management and Sustainability Department of the Eurocash Group. It ensures absolute confidentiality of data and anonymity of whistleblowers, and upholds detailed rules for protecting them from possible reprisals. All personal data disclosed in the process of processing notifications are processed in accordance with the regulations and rules on the protection of personal data, which are set forth in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to data processing.
