The evolution of our most advanced fire-resistant, frameless aluminium system.

Alufire Vision Line Slim is the evolution of one of the first and most advanced systems that gives building creatives the chance to design clear, sound-insulating, fire-resistant glazed partitions. Up to 60 minutes of certified fire resistance and classified EI for both integrity and insulation. Featuring up to 47 dB sound reduction, Alufire Vision Line Slim will follow Vision Line into the world’s most prestigious projects.

Alufire Vision Line Slim gives unlimited visual possibilities in creating effortless, yet stunning and sophisticated interior spaces with extended transparent sight lines. The profile drops from 69 mm to 39.5 mm, almost 30 mm of aluminium removed from the line of sight. Alufire Line Slim is what architects and construction companies have always wanted. A smaller visible profile, and unparalleled ease of installation. The system features an almost transparent 2–5 mm silicone that can be painted in three colours. Additionally, its glass-to-glass connection options give the architect or interior designer the tools to create the most amazing interior spaces with fire resistance.

HIGHLIGHTS

Rw up to 44dB

Testing confirmed that sound reduction of up to 44dB is more than sufficient for most applications. For more demanding projects Vision Line can offer up to 47dB.

Hidden profiles

The profiles can be hidden in the floor and ceiling to create a cleaner look.

Non-typical shapes and colors

The partitions can be painted in any RAL or NCS colour. Moreover, we can construct non-standard shapes such as arches. (Regular Vision Line on the photo)

Also compatible with non fire-resistant doors

All our systems are compatible with third-party wooden, profile or all-glass doors - subject to local building regulations. (Regular Vision Line on the photo)

PERFORMANCE

Use category IV

Alufire Vision Line Slim partitions can be installed in category IV buildings, due to the fact that they can withstand up to ~1000N/m of force. Category IV buildings face a very high constant flow of people. For example, airports, hospitals, big offices, etc.

Corrosion resistance class C4

The highest class for aluminium. Alufire Vision Line Slim can be installed in chemical manufacturers, swimming baths and ship-/boatyards by the sea.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Unlimited partition width

Alufire Vision Line Slim has no width limits whatsoever (No additional profiles needed whatever the total length of the construction).

Raised floor

Alufire Vision Line Slim is certified and can be installed on raised floors.

OVER 450 DIFFERENT SHADES & FINISHES

We can provide the inside and outside of the profiles in almost every colour available. Metallic or anodised, matt or gloss RAL colours, or even a special low-maintenance and scratch-resistant Coatex finish. On top of that, the system can even take on a realistic wood-effect finish, Decoral. At Alufire, we focus on quality and sustainability, offering all treatments to certified European Qualicoat standards.
