Alufire-Shadow Line

Offering the option to "go higher".

Alufire Shadow Line is the product that can be installed alongside our other products and give the possibility of frameless fire-resistant partitions of up to 3.9m high! Shadow Line packs features similar to the other frameless fire-resistant products with the addition of black silicone that enables the construction of really high frameless fire-resistant partitions.

Shadow Line offers the same outstanding characteristics as Vision Line. This means that Shadow Line has ~1000N/m of strength resistance and has been certified as a product that can be installed in C and D building categories. Shadow Line is the option to go for, in the need for tall constructions found in shopping malls, airports and high-traffic buildings.

HIGHLIGHTS

Height 3,94 m

The use of tempered glass allows Alufire Shadow Line to reach 3,94 m in height.

Thick black silicone

A ~30mm black silicone is embedded into the glass pane, giving Shadow Line a more dynamic look.

PERFORMANCE

Use category IV

Alufire Shadow Line partitions can be installed in category IV buildings, due to the fact that they can withstand ~1000 N/m of force. Category IV buildings face a very high constant flow of people. For example, airports, hospitals, big offices, etc.

Corrosion resistance class C4

The highest class for aluminium. Alufire Shadow Line can be installed in chemical manufacturers, swimming baths and ship-/boatyards by the sea.

Featuring tempered glass

Featuring tempered glass instead of laminated, allows high constructions and makes the system stronger and break-resistant. Specifically, tempered glass, if broken, shatters in small pieces that are less likely to cause injury or damage when compared to laminated glass.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Unlimited partition width

Alufire Shadow Line has no width limits whatsoever. (No additional profiles needed whatever the total length of the construction).

Raised floor

Alufire Shadow Line is certified and can be installed on raised floors.

Glass-to-glass connections

Featuring a frameless 90° connection and the innovative "T" frameless connection.
