• in order to receive marketing offers, occasional correspondence on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR
2) recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations, participating in the implementation of the contract, institutions with which the Administrator concluded a contract for the implementation of the project within the grant (if applicable) and entities providing services to the Administrator entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of entrusted data processing contract with the Administrator, such as
• courier and transport companies, entities providing credit and payment services (eg Banks), insurance companies, audit and consulting companies,
• entities providing IT and cloud services,
3) Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract, as well as after its completion
with purposes of:
• pursuing claims in connection with the contract,
• performance of obligations resulting from legal provisions, including
   tax and accounting,
• implementation and settlement of granted financial support or other public support under a signed contract for the implementation of a given project (if applicable),
• statistical and archiving,
• in the scope of receiving marketing offers, commercial offers, occasional correspondence, from the moment of expressing your consent until the moment of withdrawal of this consent.
4) you have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, copy, deletion or limitation of data processing and the right to object to data processing and the right to transfer personal data if you give your consent to processing of personal data in order to receive marketing offers – you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of the consent expressed before its withdrawal
5) you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, ie the Director of the Office for Personal Data Protection,
6) providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the refusal of the contract.

If you are a potential customer:

1) Your personal data will be processed for the needs of current and/or future recruitment – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR and pursuant to art. 6 par. c GDPR, that is on the basis of the Labor Code of June 26, 1974 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108, as amended),
2) Your personal data will be kept for the duration of this and/or future recruitment,
3) you have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify, copy, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to data transfer, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting compliance with the law of processing which was carried out on the basis of consent expressed prior to its withdrawal,
4) you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. to the Director of the Office for Personal Data Protection,
5) providing personal data within the scope provided for in art. 221 par. 1 of the Labor Code is obligatory based on the law, and in the remaining scope is voluntary, however, failure to provide the data required by the Administrator may result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process for a given position,

Recipients of data will be institutions authorized by law and companies providing IT and cloud services and other entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator based on the entrustment agreement entrusted with the Administrator,
8) The data controller has no intention of transferring your data to a third country or an international organization.

If you are a contractor working for a government authority (PZP in Poland) or a contractor that requires a quote offering by the company:

1) Your personal data will be processed in order of the:
– protection of the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. necessary to perform the tasks of the Administrator related to the implementation of this procedure for the award of a public contract and settlement of co-financing / public support received as part of the project, for archiving purposes, statistics and if your offer will be selected as the most advantageous in the proceedings in question – in order to pursue claims in connection with the concluded contract – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR,
– performance of the contract and/or activities prior to the conclusion of the contract – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR,
– transfer of data to other entities authorized by operation of law pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR,
2) recipients of your personal data will be only authorized entities by virtue of the right to obtain personal data or:
– institutions providing financial support or other public support under a signed contract for the implementation of a given project by the Administrator,
– banks, audit and consulting companies, accounting offices
– companies providing IT and cloud services, postal and courier services,
– other entities participating in the subject proceedings for the award of a public contract and performance of the contract, i.e. entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator based on the data entrustment agreement concluded with the Administrator,
3) Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract, and also after its completion for the purposes of:
• implementation and settlement of granted financial support or other public support for the Administrator as part of a signed contract for the implementation of a given project,
• pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
• performance of obligations resulting from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting,
• statistical and archiving,
4) you have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, copy, deletion or limitation of data processing and the right to object to data processing and the right to transfer personal data,
5) you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, ie the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,
6) providing personal data is voluntary and is a condition of participation in the public procurement procedure and conclusion of the contract.

If you have received Marketing communication from us:

1) Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes, sending the Administrator`s offers and/or entities cooperating with him and sending occasional correspondence under Article 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR,
2) Your personal data will be stored until your consent is revoked
3) recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and participating in the implementation of the objectives for which your data has been collected (postal services, IT, cloud) and entities cooperating with the Administrator,
4) you have the right to request from administrator, access to your personal data, the right to rectify, copy, delete or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent expressed before its withdrawal, and the right to transfer data,
